Description
Marine-Tex Gluvit RM330C is a brushable waterproof epoxy sealer for sealing seams, rivets, pinholes and hairline cracks in properly prepared fiberglass, wood, aluminum and steel. Its flowing consistency helps it penetrate small gaps that a thick repair putty cannot reach.
What is included?
One 2 lb kit with resin and hardener. This is the quart-container kit, sold by weight. The container is deliberately not filled to the brim, leaving room for mixing; it is not a full quart of liquid resin.

Preparation and application
- Remove grease, dirt, loose coatings and contamination. Abrade the surface as directed on the label.
- Fill holes larger than 1/8 inch with a suitable repair compound before applying the sealer.
- Measure accurately and mix resin and hardener thoroughly for 3–4 minutes. Apply with a brush or roller.
- Allow full cure before service. Protect areas exposed to sunlight with an epoxy-compatible topcoat; Gluvit needs protection from UV exposure.
Use limits
Gluvit is not gasoline resistant and must not be used inside fuel tanks. It is not rated for potable-water systems. Coverage varies with surface porosity and application thickness. Inspect and repair the cause of leaking or movement before sealing.
Use protective gloves, eye protection and adequate ventilation. Uncured epoxy components can irritate or sensitize skin; hardeners may cause burns. Read the label and both component safety data sheets before use. Not rated for drinking-water systems.
