Selection and Application

Apply to prepared wood or a sound, cleaned and sanded varnish. Do not apply a two-part varnish over this finish.

Follow the product label and technical instructions for preparation, mixing, application conditions and overcoating intervals.

Application Reference

Coat schedule	5–6 coats. Thin the first bare-wood coat as directed.
Coverage / yield	Theoretical: 600 ft² per US gallon by brush; 480 by spray.
Touch Dry at 73°F (23°C)	2 hrs

Prepare and sand wood as specified. The first bare-wood coat is thinned 10% with the specified brushing thinner; subsequent coats follow the label schedule.

Coverage is per coat unless a filler thickness is stated. Theoretical figures exclude application losses; practical yield varies with surface, film build and method.

Drying figures are reference values at the stated temperature. Recoating, sanding and launch have separate requirements; follow the selected product label and coating-system schedule.
