Selection and Application

An alkyd enamel for suitable above-waterline surfaces. Select the stated sheen and container size; the high-gloss and flat-white options have different appearances.

Follow the product label and technical instructions for preparation, mixing, application conditions and overcoating intervals.

Application Reference

Coat schedule	2-3 minimum
Coverage / yield	Theoretical: 550 ft² per US gallon by brush.
Dry film per coat	High Gloss White: 1.2 mils dry. Flat White: 1.5 mils dry.
Touch Dry at 73°F (23°C)	2 hrs

Prepare and prime the substrate as specified. Avoid heavy coats and sand between coats. Select High Gloss or Flat separately; the finish is not determined by the color name alone.

Coverage is per coat unless a filler thickness is stated. Theoretical figures exclude application losses; practical yield varies with surface, film build and method.

Drying figures are reference values at the stated temperature. Recoating, sanding and launch have separate requirements; follow the selected product label and coating-system schedule.
