Product Details

|---|---|
| Application methods | Airless Spray, Brush, Roller |
| Supplied form | Two-part kit; select the listed kit quantity |
| System mix ratio | 2:1 by volume; use the matching base and curing component |
Selection and Application
Use the HS system instructions for required film build and overcoating. Do not substitute the thumb-print timing used with other InterProtect systems.
Follow the product label and technical instructions for preparation, mixing, application conditions and overcoating intervals.
Application Reference — Mixed System
| Coat schedule (mixed system) | Below-waterline barrier system: 10 mils wet film / 7 mils dry film per specified application; follow the HS system schedule. |
|---|---|
| Coverage / yield (mixed system) | 151 ft² per US gallon at 10 mils wet / 7 mils dry film in the specified below-waterline system. |
| Touch Dry at 77°F (25°C) | 3 hrs |
| Hard Dry at 77°F (25°C) | 6 hrs |
| Pot Life at 77°F (25°C) | 1 hrs |
Mix base and curing agent 2:1 by volume. Use the HS overcoat schedule; the InterProtect 2000E thumbprint method is not the HS instruction.
Coverage is per coat unless a filler thickness is stated. Theoretical figures exclude application losses; practical yield varies with surface, film build and method.
Drying figures are reference values at the stated temperature. Recoating, sanding and launch have separate requirements; follow the selected product label and coating-system schedule.
