Awlgrip Sprayable Fairing Compound Converter | D3011

D3011 is the converter for D6001 Sprayable Fairing Compound.

What is included

Converter only. D6001 base and the specified reducer are separate.

Mixing and reduction

1:1 D6001:D3011 by volume, 15 minutes induction, then 5–25% T0006 as specified.

Working and drying times

Approximately 16-hour pot life at 77°F/50% RH. Multiple heavy coats may require 48–72 hours before overcoating; allow more time in colder conditions.

Compatibility and limits

Not for spot-repair systems or below-water use. This porous surfacer must be sealed with High Build or Ultra Build before the final primer/topcoat.

For professional use. Read the current container label and safety data sheet before opening or mixing. Use the specified ventilation, protective clothing, gloves, eye protection and respiratory protection for the product and application method. Keep solvent-containing materials away from ignition sources. Coating and additive instructions are product-specific.
