Awlgrip Hullgard Extra Epoxy Primer Converter | D3730

D3730 converter is the curing component for Hullgard Extra epoxy primer.

What is included

Converter only; D6120 base is separate. Match the unusual 10:1.5 ratio carefully.

Mixing and reduction

10 parts D6120 to 1.5 parts D3730 by volume. Reduction is normally unnecessary; use T0006 only as directed, never more than 15%.

Working and drying times

At 77°F: approximately 8-hour pot life and 24-hour hard dry. The specified fairing system can generally follow after 16 hours. The maximum unsanded recoat window is 6 months, subject to surface cleanliness and the data sheet.

Compatibility and limits

Do not substitute another primer's 1:1 ratio. Follow the complete substrate/coating system and avoid solvent wiping during the extended overcoat window.

Use the specified ventilation, protective clothing, gloves, eye protection and respiratory protection for the product and application method.
