Description
Description
TF0300 two-component polyurethane clearcoat for Awlcraft SE basecoat and suitably prepared Awlcraft 2000 or Awlcraft 3000 finishes.
What is included
G3010 Awlcat No. 2 and the correct T0001/T0002/T0003/T0005 reducer are sold separately.
Application
Professional spray application.
Mixing and reduction
2:1 base:G3010 by volume; 15–33% reducer as specified for conditions and spray viscosity.
Surface preparation
Keep Awlcraft SE clean and observe its overcoat window. Sand cured Awlcraft 2000/3000 with P400 to remove gloss and use the specified two-cloth surface-cleaning method.
Coats and coverage
Three coats are specified, approximately 25 microns dry per coat. Theoretical coverage is 725.2 sq ft per mixed US gallon per coat at that film thickness, before losses.
Working and drying times
At 77°F: 7-hour pot life, 24 hours tape-free/hard dry, 3 days light service and 21 days full cure. Sand if more than 24 hours elapse before recoating.
