Awlgrip Awlbrite Brushing Activator | A0031

A0031 is the brushing activator for Awlbrite Clear Gloss wood finish.

What is included

Activator only. It stabilizes pot life and is required with J3005 base and J3006 converter for the brushing system.

Mixing and reduction

Brush: 2 parts J3005 + 1 part J3006 + 0.5 part A0031 by volume. For spraying, use the exact A0001/A0006 activator recipe in the current regional instructions; do not substitute the brushing recipe or add a generic thinner.

Working and drying times

Approximately 1–2-hour pot life at 77°F/50% RH; the guide specifies a substantial multi-coat build, with drying time between coats and before service.

Compatibility and limits

Do not add Pro-Cure accelerators, shake the material or omit the activator. Follow the application sheet for film build and overcoat windows.

Sold as one container in the selected size unless the package description specifically states otherwise. Components shown as separate products are not included.

For professional use. Read the current container label and safety data sheet before opening or mixing. Use the specified ventilation, protective clothing, gloves, eye protection and respiratory protection for the product and application method. Keep solvent-containing materials away from ignition sources. Coating and additive instructions are product-specific.
