Quicksilver 14801A1 is an intermediate exhaust elbow kit for the specified MerCruiser V8 sterndrive exhaust installations. It connects the exhaust arrangement identified in the manufacturer riser-installation chart.
Application
- MerCruiser sterndrive V8 engines: 305, 350 and 377 CID.
- Manufacturer application boundary: engine serial 0W309999 and below.
- Required only for the relevant sterndrive installations that discharge exhaust through the propeller.
Selection notes
Check the exact engine serial, existing riser height and hose routing before ordering. The manufacturer chart distinguishes initial riser installation from replacing an existing riser; do not assume every spacer replacement needs this additional kit.
