Manufacturer product information. Follow the product label and current manufacturer instructions for preparation and application.

Technical data with 105 Resin

Resin-to-hardener ratio by volume 3:1
Pot life: 100 g in a cup at 72 F (22 C) 40-50 minutes
Working time: thin film at 72 F (22 C) 3-4 hours
Cure to solid at 72 F (22 C) 20-24 hours

Pot life describes mixed epoxy held in a cup; thin-film working time describes epoxy spread over a surface. Cure-to-solid time is not a full-strength or return-to-service specification. Temperature and batch size affect the reaction.

Dispensing and preparation

Measure the resin and hardener at the specified ratio. With the correct calibrated 300 pumps, use equal full strokes of each pump; this does not mean equal liquid volumes. Do not add extra hardener to speed curing. Prepare a sound, clean, dry and properly abraded surface for the substrate.

For recoating cured epoxy, follow the manufacturer's surface-preparation guidance, including removal of amine blush where applicable. Do not treat an epoxy coating as a substitute for the required exterior protective finish.
