Fast-curing hardener for WEST SYSTEM 105 Resin in bonding and coating work. Select this family when a shorter working period is appropriate. Hardener only; resin and dispensing pumps are sold separately.

Pot life describes mixed epoxy held in a cup; thin-film working time describes epoxy spread over a surface. Cure-to-solid time is not a full-strength or return-to-service specification. Temperature and batch size affect the reaction.
Dispensing and preparation
Measure the resin and hardener at the specified ratio. Do not add extra hardener to speed curing. Prepare a sound, clean, dry and properly abraded surface for the substrate.
For recoating cured epoxy, follow the manufacturer's surface-preparation guidance, including removal of amine blush where applicable. Do not treat an epoxy coating as a substitute for the required exterior protective finish.
Match with 105-E Epoxy Resin. Select dispensing equipment calibrated for this hardener and container size.
