The Dometic SeaStar HO5124 hydraulic steering hose kit contains two hoses, each 24 feet long. Choose the length for the actual hose routing and required cylinder movement; the stated length applies to each hose, not the combined pair.
Application
HO51-series outboard hose kit for compatible SeaStar hydraulic steering systems. Do not use this standard hose kit for SeaStar PRO, Capilano or 3-line inboard systems. Verify the helm, cylinder and fittings before ordering.
Hose construction
- Composite hose construction designed for SeaStar steering systems.
- Low thermal expansion for steering response.
- Designed to resist kinking and abrasion.
- Swaged fitting connection with an O-ring seal and metal-to-metal backup.

Selection and installation
Use the steering-system installation manual to confirm compatibility and routing length. Dometic specifies SeaStar or SeaStar PRO steering hoses for these systems; do not substitute general-purpose hydraulic hose. This kit does not include a helm or steering cylinder.
