• Failures due to manufacturer defect under normal use.
• Original purchaser only (non-transferable).
• Valid for as long as you own the boat or vehicle.
• Requires proof of purchase and replacement order.

❌ What’s Not Covered

• Damage caused by accidents, corrosion, improper installation, or neglect.
• Parts used in commercial applications.
• Parts that are modified, altered, or abused.
• Cosmetic wear or surface corrosion.
• Serialized or major assemblies, including: Motors, Outdrives Upper and lower units, Transom assemblies.
• One time use items such as: cleaners, paints, oil and lube, gaskets and seals, adhesives.

🔁 How to Make a Claim

1. Purchase a new replacement part first. Must be the exact same item and part number.
2. Fill out the form below with information on both orders.
3. When you recieve the new item, use that box to send back the old item. Customer is responisble to proper packaging and all shipping costs.
4. When we recieve the old part back, we will credit the part on your original order. We do not refund or cover: Shipping fees, original tax, price increases.
