Quicksilver 8M0178526 is a gen i side-mount control, no power trim, 15-foot harness for compatible Mercury / Mariner applications.
Features and compatibility
- Mechanical side-mount control without a power-trim switch; 15-foot traditional 8-pin harness and built-in warning horn.
- Features push-to-choke ignition, lanyard stop switch, separate neutral warm-up lever, adjustable throttle friction and a five-pin tachometer/accessory connector.
- For compatible Mercury/Mariner outboards 6 hp and above without power trim. Gen I throttle/shift cables generally required; small FourStroke generations have specific cable/adapter requirements.
- Can be mounted on the port or starboard side and stacked. Not for engines with counter-rotating lower units.
