Complete, replacement aluminum anode kit 8M6008011 fits BRP/OMC Stringer Electric Shift series sterndrives. Stainless steel hardware and installation hardware provided with easy instructions. Aluminum is 50% lighter and lasts up to 50% longer than zinc in harsh, saltwater environments and is more efficient in protecting the outboard, sterndrive and boat from galvanic corrosion. Protect your sterndrive from the harmful effects of galvanic corrosion. Inspect annually and easy to replace.
