Description

The Quicksilver 8M0055537 Nemesis is a 4-blade aluminum propeller with a 14-inch diameter, 23-inch pitch and right-hand rotation. It is intended for selected Mercury/Mariner applications with the correct hub and attaching hardware.

Specifications

  • Part number: 8M0055537
  • Propeller family: Nemesis
  • Diameter: 14 inches
  • Pitch: 23 inches
  • Rotation: Right-hand
  • Blades: 4
  • Material: Aluminum

Selected engine applications

  • Selected Mercury/Mariner large-gearcase outboards, including 90/115hp Command Thrust 2014 onward and cataloged 135–300hp applications. Match the engine model, year, propeller shaft and required hub kit; this is not a universal fit for every engine in that range.
  • The catalog also lists selected Evinrude/Johnson large-gearcase applications with engine-specific hub hardware. Confirm the exact application and hub kit in the manufacturer propeller chart.

Hub and installation hardware

Requires an engine-appropriate Flo-Torq II or Flo-Torq SSR hub system, sold separately. Shaft spline count and engine design determine the correct kit; verify the specific application before ordering.

This Nemesis family is not recommended for Alpha One drives with a 1.47 gear ratio.

Before ordering

Confirm engine model and year, gearcase, shaft splines, rotation, clearance and hub hardware. Select pitch to keep the engine within its specified full-throttle RPM range. The application examples above are not a complete fitment list.
