Application and fitment
MerCruiser sterndrive and inboard engines with a threaded dipstick-tube fitting; selected Mercury/Mariner 8 and 9.9 hp FourStroke outboards, model year 2004 and earlier.

The 8/9.9 hp outboard applications require separate adapter 828369. Manual crankcase-oil extraction pump; confirm the dipstick-tube connection.
