The OEM Quicksilver 18458Q4 water-separating fuel filter kit is for Mercury and Mariner V6 EFI outboards from 1996 and newer. The kit includes the replacement canister element, O-ring and blue screw-in water-warning sensor.
Filter and sensor details
- 10-micron fuel filtration.
- Blue plastic water-warning sensor.
- Internal epoxy coating and corrosion-resistant exterior finish.
Check the engine model, year and specified sensor version before ordering. This is the blue-sensor kit; 18458Q3 uses a black sensor for the earlier application. Use the engine manual for maintenance intervals and installation.
