OEM Quicksilver 8M0205954 is an aluminum anode kit for compatible Mercury V6 and V8 outboards equipped with a Conventional MidSection (CMS). It replaces the specified sacrificial anodes to help protect the engine from galvanic corrosion.
Fits Mercury CMS outboards
- 3.4L V6: 175–225hp.
- 4.6L V8: 225–300hp.
- Conventional MidSection (CMS) configuration required.
Kit contents
Square and power-trim aluminum anodes with the required mounting fasteners. Mercury lists aluminum construction for saltwater corrosion protection.
