OEM Mercury 8M0165557 SmartCraft 5-Way Junction Box Kit, 3 Caps – Q...
Description
Description
Mercury/Quicksilver 98-8M0165557 is a SmartCraft five-way junction-box kit supplied with three weather caps. Use the junction box specified by the boat's SmartCraft rigging plan.
What is supplied
- One five-way SmartCraft junction box.
- Three protective weather caps for unused connections.
- Manufacturer part numbers: 98-8M0165557 / 8M0165557.
System selection
Check the existing SmartCraft network, connector arrangement and required harnesses before ordering. Weather caps protect unused connections; they are not substitutes for the network terminators specified in the rigging instructions.
Related rigging components
The manufacturer lists Y-harnesses, stacking-plug kits and terminators separately. Confirm which additional components your installation requires rather than assuming they are included with this junction-box kit.
