Description
Quicksilver 92-8M0222069 combines one 32 fl oz (946 mL) bottle of High Performance SAE 90 gear lube and a hand pump.
Pump connection
The included pump fits a 3/8-16 drain/fill screw thread. Confirm the gearcase connection before ordering; a different thread requires the correct adapter.
Lubricant application
For the specified MerCruiser sterndrives and outboard lower units requiring High Performance SAE 90 gear lubricant. Check the manual for the formula and fill quantity.
Service
Follow the gearcase fill and vent procedure. One bottle may not fill every gearcase. Water or metal in drained oil calls for inspection before further operation.
