Included components

• Two 807078T08 exhaust manifolds, one for each bank.
• Two 807988Q03 exhaust elbows, with 4-inch (102 mm) outlet outside diameter and 7° down angle.

Application and finish

The component application range includes selected 1981–2002 engines with this exhaust arrangement; engine displacement and year alone do not establish fitment. E-coated manifolds and E-coated elbows.

Gaskets and service items

The manifolds include their specified manifold-to-head gaskets. Select the correct riser-interface gaskets separately for the cooling configuration. Check existing fasteners, hoses, clamps, drain fittings and any riser spacers against the service requirements; these are not all included simply because the listing is called a bundle.

807078T10, 807914A1, 807988A03. These existing reference numbers are retained to help identify earlier parts; confirm the exact current component and coating before substitution.

Installation planning

Match engine serial number, exhaust-joint style, cooling arrangement and outlet geometry. Exhaust height and gasket selection must follow the engine installation instructions. A manifold-and-elbow bundle is not a conversion between wet-joint, dry-joint and emissions-control exhaust.
