Choose your kit
| Size | Color | Manufacturer part number | SKU |

| 2 oz kit | White | RM305C | 185-RM305K |
| 2 oz kit | Gray | RM301C | 185-RM301K |
| 14 oz kit | White | RM306C | 185-RM306K |
| 14 oz kit | Gray | RM302C | 185-RM302K |
Which color should I choose?
White is commonly used for fiberglass and wood repairs. Gray has a stiffer cured formulation suited to machinery and metal repairs. Gray contains no metal fillers. Both can be sanded, drilled and tapped after full cure.
Mixing and application
- Remove oil, wax, loose material and contamination. Abrade the bonding area and clean it before application.
- Mix five parts resin with one part hardener by volume. Measure carefully and mix thoroughly; adding extra hardener does not accelerate a proper cure.
- Mix only what you can apply in about 15–20 minutes, then work the compound into the repair.
- Allow approximately 24 hours at 70°F to cure; colder conditions take longer. Keep the repair dry during application and allow full cure before returning it to service.
Application limits
Marine-Tex does not bond reliably to polyethylene or polypropylene. Do not thin it with solvent. Verify coating compatibility before painting or applying gelcoat. Structural repairs require assessment of the underlying damage; putty alone does not replace missing reinforcement.
Use protective gloves, eye protection and adequate ventilation. Uncured epoxy components can irritate or sensitize skin; hardeners may cause burns. Read the label and both component safety data sheets before use. Not rated for drinking-water systems.
