Selection and Application

Prepare bare underwater metal by removing old coatings and debris. This is a corrosion-protection coating, not an antifouling paint.

Follow the product label and technical instructions for preparation, mixing, application conditions and overcoating intervals.

Application Reference

Coat schedule	1–3 coats.
Coverage / yield	Theoretical: 5.25 ft² per aerosol can.
Dry film per coat	1-2 mils (25-50 microns)
Touch Dry at 77°F (25°C)	5 mins

Prepare bare metal to the specified clean profile before spraying. Use the application and launch interval for this aerosol; do not apply other primers’ film-build schedules.

Coverage is per coat unless a filler thickness is stated. Theoretical figures exclude application losses; practical yield varies with surface, film build and method.

Drying figures are reference values at the stated temperature. Recoating, sanding and launch have separate requirements; follow the selected product label and coating-system schedule.
