Awlgrip HDT Clearcoat Base | C0300

C0300 high-definition polyurethane clearcoat base for a hard, repairable gloss layer over the specified Awlcraft SE system or prepared compatible finishes.

What is included

Requires C0010 HDT Curing Solution plus an HDT activator; all are separate products.

Application

Professional spray application only.

Mixing and reduction

1 part C0300 to 1 part C0010 by volume, plus activator at 12.5% of the combined base/converter volume. Example: 1 gallon base + 1 gallon curing solution + 1 quart activator. Induct 15 minutes.

Working and drying times

Use the current data sheet's activator/temperature table. Fast A0020 is generally specified for 59–73°F; warmer conditions may require an approved blend or another HDT activator.

Compatibility and limits

HDT activator is an essential curing component, not an optional generic thinner. Do not substitute G3010 or a standard topcoat reducer for the required HDT components.

Safe handling

For professional use. Read the current container label and safety data sheet before opening or mixing. Use the specified ventilation, protective clothing, gloves, eye protection and respiratory protection for the product and application method. Keep solvent-containing materials away from ignition sources. Coating and additive instructions are product-specific.
