Application and hardware
For compatible 25–30 HP FourStroke outboards, 2006 and newer, with the manufacturer-specified gearcase and shaft.
Match the exact engine model, year, gearcase, shaft splines and rotation. A horsepower range is not universal fitment. Use the correct thrust washer, adapter and retaining hardware specified for your engine and hub.
Selected manufacturer applications
- Selected Mercury/Mariner 25hp and 30hp four-stroke outboards, 2006 onward, using the cataloged 10-spline shaft. Verify gearcase and gear ratio; later engine designs can require different propellers.
- Also listed for selected Honda BF25 and BF30 applications with 10-spline shafts in the manufacturer application chart, PDF page 763.
Before installation
Select pitch using the engine manufacturer’s recommended full-throttle RPM range and your boat’s loaded performance. Follow the engine and hub installation instructions for hardware and torque. Original photographs represent the family; dimensions vary by selected part number.
