Application and hardware
For compatible 40–60 HP Command Thrust four-stroke and 75–125 HP outboard applications.
Match the exact engine model, year, gearcase, shaft splines and rotation. A horsepower range is not universal fitment. Use the correct thrust washer, adapter and retaining hardware specified for your engine and hub.
Selected manufacturer applications
- Selected Mercury/Mariner 40–60hp CT/BigFoot outboards and standard-gearcase models with 15-spline shafts. Examples include 75hp two- and four-stroke 1984 onward; 90hp two- and four-stroke 1978 onward; 100hp 1988–1999; 115hp two- and four-stroke 1978 onward; 125hp 1994 onward; 140hp 1978–1981.
- Additional cataloged applications include selected Force 75hp 1999 onward and 90/120/150hp 1995 onward, using the appropriate attaching hardware.
Before installation
Select pitch using the engine manufacturer’s recommended full-throttle RPM range and your boat’s loaded performance. Follow the engine and hub installation instructions for hardware and torque. Original photographs represent the family; dimensions vary by selected part number.
